Registration fees are given per person and include the following services

Changes to registration

Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Refunds:
- In case of cancellation, a written notification must be sent to the Conference Secretariat to: xafs2018@mazurkas.pl
- The registration fee is refundable less cancellation fee of 100 € if received not later than June 15th, 2018
- Any cancellation of registration should be sent in writing.
- Cancellations received after June 15th, 2018 will not be refunded
- Any refunds (if applicable) will be made after the conference
- Reimbursements will not be granted for late arrivals, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference

On registering for the event, participants (also referred to as “you”) are entering an agreement with Organizers. By registering to the Conference, you are indicating your acceptance to the terms and conditions set out below.
2. Registration
The Conference registration is available online. Participants are requested to complete the registration no later than 15 July 2018.
The registration is binding.
3. Registration Fees

Registration fees include the following services:

4. Payment & Invoice
Upon completing the on-line registration you will receive a proforma invoice. It will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

5. Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of Registration Your registration and all payments will be confirmed by e-mail.
6. Changes to registration
Changes to your original application for registration will be accepted before 15 July 2018 and should be sent in writing to the XAFS 2018 Registration Team to: xafs2018@mazurkas.pl .
7. Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, a written notification must be sent to the registration office.
Your registration fee can be refunded for a cancellation fee of 100,00 € on or before Juny 15th, 2018.
On or after Juny 16th, 2018, the registration fee can’t be refunded. All refunds will be made after the conference.
All cancellations of registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the XAFS 2018 Registration Team to: xafs208@mazurkas.pl .
8. Consent to Be Photographed
As a registered delegate, I hereby authorise the Organizer and its official photographers/videographers to photograph me within the context of the 17th International Conference on X-ray Absorption Fine Structure for use on conference website, marketing materials, social media accounts and in the press.
9. Other photography
Delegates are entitled to take photographs at 17th International Conference on X-ray Absorption Fine Structure for their own personal, educational and/or advocacy purposes. The Organizer will not be liable if delegates object to being photographed in these circumstances.
